These Terms govern your use of the Grativid app and website (the "Service"). By using Grativid you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Grativid lets you create personalized video and photo greeting cards and deliver them to recipients by email or text message.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Sending cards & recipient permission

You are responsible for the recipients you choose. When you send a card by text, you confirm that you have each recipient's permission to text them. Don't use Grativid to send unlawful, harassing, infringing, or unsolicited bulk messages.

Messaging terms (SMS)

If you choose text delivery, the recipient receives an SMS with a link to view the card.

Message types: transactional card-delivery and reply notifications from Grativid.
Frequency: message frequency varies (typically about one message per card).
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Help & opt-out: reply HELP for help, or STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Optional: SMS consent is not a condition of using Grativid — you can always deliver by email instead.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle messaging information. We do not sell your information, and SMS opt-in/consent data is never shared with third parties for marketing.

Content & intellectual property

You keep the rights to the content you add to cards, and you grant Grativid the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver your cards. You must have the rights to any content you upload. Grativid's name, logo, and software are our property.

Purchases & credits

Some features require a subscription or credits ("Gratis"). Prices and terms are shown in the app at purchase. Charges are processed by our payment provider.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grativid is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for messages delayed or not delivered by carriers or email providers.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll post the updated version here with a new date.
