This Privacy Policy explains how Grativid ("Grativid," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Grativid app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Apple or Google) the basic profile details those providers share.
Card content — the photos, videos, and messages you add to a greeting card.
Recipient details — the name, email address, and/or mobile phone number you provide for the people you send a card to, so we can deliver it.
Usage and device data — basic app/usage and device information used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use information

To create, deliver, and let recipients view your cards.
To send service messages (for example, a notification that a card is ready to view).
To operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

SMS / text messaging

If you choose text delivery, you confirm you have the recipient's permission to text them, and we use the recipient's mobile number to deliver a one-time SMS containing a link to view the card. Related follow-ups about that card may be sent.

Message types: transactional card-delivery and reply notifications.
Frequency: message frequency varies (typically about one message per card).
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.
Optional: consenting to texts is not required to use Grativid — email delivery is always available.

We do not sell your information. No mobile information (including SMS opt-in or consent data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and consent data is never shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as messaging, email, hosting, and storage providers) and only as needed to deliver it.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices

You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this Policy; we will post the updated version here with a new date.
